The workshop format I run with global brands, built for small and midsize companies.
Benjamin on why 2027 is a focus year, not an ideas year. Two minutes.
PortraitI have built brand and marketing strategy and produced campaign concepts for some of the largest brands in the world. Since 2013 I have run my own studio, working with an international consortium of talent.
With The 2027 Growth Accelerator for Mavericks I have turned that work into a workshop program for growth-ambitious companies. Same frameworks, same questions, without the agency overhead. What a global brand settles with dozens of people in the room, a smaller company has to settle with all hands on deck.

Thirty minutes of input from me, thirty minutes of focused work on your 2027 marketing plans.
An open call. I give live feedback on your progress, or answer whatever the cohort most wants that week.
How to read 2026 and set your 2027 ambition.
How to decide who you grow with in 2027.
How to drive growth with the customers you already have.
How to create demand and serve demand.
How to scale in 2027.
How to decide what gets your budget next year.
Every session runs 15:00 CET / 09:00 ET, streamed live with Q&A, and recorded.
Recordings are available in the members area.
Based on the frameworks I use with global brand clients, you build an actual growth marketing plan for 2027, covering why, what, how and when, across modules two to six.
The ambition you are aiming at, and the audience you are aiming it at.
Ranked and sized against your own numbers. What your marketing backs, and what it stops.
Where demand gets created, where it gets served, and what you scale.
The year laid out with brand, product and campaign opportunities.
What growth decision are you stuck on for 2027?
*All prices exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge.
Invoiced on confirmation, payable in full before the cohort starts.
Because cohort one shapes the program. The six module titles are fixed, but what goes inside them is built the week before each session, against the questions this cohort actually brings. What you raise in week one changes what week three looks like. Every cohort after this one inherits those decisions.
It is also the smallest this room will ever be. Ten companies, five seats per tier.
Get your money back if you sit through the first two weeks and decide it is not for you.
Tell me before the end of week two and I refund the full fee. By then you will have had two workshops, two Q&A sessions and the onboarding, which is enough to judge whether the format works for you. From week three the work compounds into your plan, so that is where refunds stop.
After that you have a different promise. Attend all six sessions, do the work between them, and if you do not have a finished 2027 plan at the end, we keep going in private sessions until you do, at no extra cost.
Before the end of week two, the full fee comes back. After that the place is yours whether you attend or not, but seats can be handed to a colleague at any point, so nothing has to go to waste.
The cohort starts on 20 October as scheduled. In the unlikely event that I have to cancel it, you get everything back.
Invoicing goes out on confirmation and is payable in full before the cohort starts. Prices exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge, so there is nothing to reclaim.
Core if your team can do the work and wants the structure, the room and the templates. Private adds six hours of one to one consulting across the six weeks, on your numbers, in private. Bought as consulting days that alone costs more than the 2.000 EUR between the tiers, which is why Private is capped at five.
Yes. Core includes two seats, Private includes three. Most companies send the marketing lead plus whoever owns the numbers. Seats belong to the company rather than the person, so you can swap who attends at any point. They cannot be carried over to a later cohort.
Two hours live per week, Tuesday and Thursday at 15:00 CET. Add roughly an hour between sessions to work on your own plan, plus the onboarding before we start. I would budget fifteen to twenty hours across the six weeks.
Every session is recorded and lands in the members area, which you keep for life. I would protect the Tuesday workshop, because that is where you build your output. The Thursday Q&A is easier to catch up on, and you can send me your question in advance either way.
Probably not for this cohort. The work runs on your own trading history, and without a full year there is not enough to read. Get in touch and I will tell you when the next one opens.
English. The cohort is international, so the sessions, templates and recordings are all in English.
Applications close 9 October, and you hear back from me by 12 October.
